Still Alive!
I’m overdue to overhaul this site and continue posting. I know, and I’m sorry about the delay. I’ve gotten caught up finishing the first draft of my novel-in-progress. And now I’m probably not going to get back to the site until I get home from World Fantasy 2012.
The Con should be great. I get to appear on a panel, I’m going to sign up for a chance to read at the flash fiction reading, and I’m generally going to try to meet a bunch of people and have a lot of fun. (Reminds me – business cards!)
Oh, and if I do finish that draft this weekend, I’m insane enough to reward myself by doing NaNoWriMo next month. I’ll take one of the novel ideas I have posted on a cork board in my office, do some prep work over the weekend, and try to draft the whole story next month, despite losing four days to the Con and four or five days to visiting my parents over Thanksgiving.
